Design
Once we understand your vision, we will provide you with a price estimate and request a 50% deposit to initiate the process. The design phase will commence, incorporating sketches and computer-generated models (CAD) to bring your vision to life.
Development
Upon approval of the design and final price, the item will be 3D printed and casted in your chosen metal. Our skilled craftsmen will then add the finishing touches to your bespoke piece. This process typically takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
Completion
We will keep you informed with regular updates, and upon completion of your custom item, we will schedule an appointment for collection at our showroom. The remaining 50% payment is due upon collection. For fully virtual or international clients, the remaining 50% must be paid before the item is shipped to your desired destination.
